George P. Burdell

Fictional student officially enrolled at Georgia Tech in 1927 as a practical joke. George P. Burdell subsequently received all undergraduate degrees offered by Georgia Tech, served on Mad Magazine’s Board of Directors from 1969 to 1981, led the online poll for Time Magazine’s 2001 Person of the Year award, and officially flew twelve Air Force missions over Europe during World War II. George P. Burdell is the pen name for the collective of Georgia Tech students who participated in writing this book. All students were part of Global Social Entrepreneurship Team of the Vertically Integrated Projects (VIP), associated with Rise Up & Care and the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs.
